What is the Client Assistance Program?

CAP is a program designed to provide information about services for people with disabilities and to provide assistance when a person is having difficulty receiving the services to which he or she is entitled.

What Responsibilities must CAP Fulfill?

CAP Activities

By law, CAP is required to annually produce and make available a federal RSA-227 report. This report contains a statistical analysis of CAP activities during the fiscal year. It does not contain personal or confidential information concerning clients of the program.
