What is the Client Assistance Program?CAP is a program designed to provide information about services for people with disabilities and to provide assistance when a person is having difficulty receiving the services to which he or she is entitled. CAP ActivitiesBy law, CAP is required to annually produce and make available a federal RSA-227 report. This report contains a statistical analysis of CAP activities during the fiscal year.
